Hi,
I have added a Standard Chartered VISA Debit card as billing method and now I want to upgrade my free membership plan to monthly plan but I am not able to do it because it's giving me an error of payment was declined. kindly tell me the solution.

Everything is good at our end from the bank and from the card, i have tried to changed the method too but it did no work too.
