Unfortunately, no. If you made a mistake with your proposal your only option is to withdraw the proposal (losing your connects) and submit another one with the correct version.

Out of interest, what kind of document were you supposed to include? Remember, if the client is asking for free work as a "trial" or something, then that's against the ToS.
