Was hired for a project but client had to close the project and requested for refund.

I was hired for a task but dut to some other reason client had to close the contract so he sent 20% of full contract and request for rest for refund. I don't know what to do in this situation. Will it effect my JSS. I am very new to this please give me suggestion what will be the best thing

Well, then you thank the client and approve the return of the funds back to the client.

What do you mean by "attend a test"? Just in case: If this was for taking a test for someone else, that is (obviously) forbidden and would be a much bigger problem for you. You are not allowed to do any jobs that violate academic integrity.

Did you do more than 20% of the work?

Unless the client left poor private feedback, it will not affect your JSS.

No actually. I didn't do anything. Task was never started. I was supposed to attend an test on specific time as per contract and waited for more than 2 hours but no response now he has requested for refund by approving the remaining fund.
