We can't complete your request now - Error 500 (FG)

Hello there,

I'm getting the following message when I try to access my job feed on Upwork:

 

"We can't complete your request now.

We're currently experiencing an abnormally high volume of traffic.

Please try again later.

To report this problem click here

Error 500 (FG)

Trace ID: 691c2bff3d00da72-SEA"

 

Is this a general thing or is it just me? On my mobile app I get the same problem.

When I try to log into my Account I see the message I have attached in the screenshot below. I can receive messages in my email but when I click reply from the email it redirects me to this page, I have attached the screenshot.

I had a problem with my Upwork account suddenly.

I logged in but cannot access the pages.

Hello everyone!

 

The error has subsided on my part, everything seems to be working fine. Might have just been a sudden peak in traffic.

Hey, I am have the same error and it's not just on browser but also on mobile app.
