Hello. We have a question. We have changed the name of our company. And now we wants to change info in our profile. I mean a name of agency and related email. Old account named "**Edited for Community Guidelines**". New name is "**Edited for Community Guidelines**". We wants to use the info about our completed orders with new name. Is it real?
I checked your account and I was not able to find your agency as your not associated with any.
The agency owner can update this information by going to Settings > Agency Profile. They can also update the tax information on W8-BEN by going to Settings > Tax Information.

Because old email now uses by a man that don't work with us now.
So if we can we will change email for another one.
The agency email address is the one that the agency owner has listed on their freelancer profile. Once the agency owner has updated their email under their freelancer profile, the email on the agency will be updated as well. Thank you.
