I'm new to this site but there's an evident bug, it happened both in the "setting up my profile stage" and when I submitted my first two proposals. Any time I click the scroll down error with my mouse, it automatically registers it as if I hit submit, and closes the window. It just happend with two proposals which I then tried to correct, but I the only thing I could adjust was my payment terms, not the message or attached items. Please refund my wasted credits as it just cost me all of them to re-apply for the same job.
The only way to use the site is either by hitting tab button (and shift-tab to scroll up) or the arrow keys, but if I forget and use the mouse it screws up. I'm using windows 7 and Google Chrome.
