Weekly limit increased, time tracker didn't get the memo

My client increased my weekly limit, and it shows in "my jobs" as increased, but in time tracker it still states the original limit and is about to stop me from working, help please.

 It won't stop you from working. Just keep going, it'll update in the work diary which is all that counts. The tracker does NOT stop you working and does not stop tracking when you reach the limit.

The screenshots will show as over the limit for a while until the increase is properly processed.

How sure are you of this?  I just reached my limit and it's Sunday so only a few hours away from not being able to do anything about it possibly.  I say that because one time I did want to add some time to a finished work week and I couldn't find a way to do it.

This was way back Thursday when the limit was increased, now Sunday and it's still the original limit.  This delay did not happen previous increases.

 

I'm kind of surprised someone hasn't replied telling me they will look into it, not just "don't worry about it".

Have you tried turning your Upwork Desktop App on and off to see if the contract's hour will update?

Also I had another job that I worked over the limit and did not get paid.  So I definitely would like to have this properly fixed.

Hi. I know its years later this response, but I will answer in case somebody will have this exact problem. 

I solved this problem by opening the timesheet app from desktop - then click on the settings icon from the bottom- then click exit to restart the app. Then the app should be updated with new data from browser
