If the client INCREASES the limit, the increase becomes effective straight away
If the client DECREASES the limit, the decrease becomes effective at 00.01 Monday morning UTC.
The tracker tends to not update the limit in real time, the solution is to physically log out of the tracker, shut it down, and log back in again. The limit should then be updated.
