Maybe someone can shed some light on this: I'm currently working under an hourly contract with one of my clients, initially this contract had a weekly limit of 10h, the client then requested some extra work and I asked him to raise the limit to 15h as 10h would not be enough time to perform these tasks, my client didn't have a problem and he raised the limit. I was notified and everything seems correct in his contract.
Problem is that I was now about to log these hours (This is a long-term client and we work with manual hours) and the work diary seems to still have a cap at 10h, as any time over this is marked as "Over the weekly limit". Does it take some time for the system to update or what could be the reason for this?
The weekly limit is updated shortly after your client has increase it. To check what is your weekly limit go to My Jobs > Click on your contract > Under Rate you will have your weekly Limit listed.
