Weird offer - no rate nor price

Hi,

I have got a weird offer without any money indication: it looks like a hourly project but the offer does have any hourly rate indicated?

Of course I will talk with the client before even consider accepting it, but i was curious how one cna make an offer with nay kind of price ?!?

In my experience, the dollar amount of the project description is available after you click on the green "Accept Offer" button. Even after clicking on that button, you still don't have to actually accept the offer.
