Weird things of client

Hello,

I have had bad experience with my skill relevants job. I submitted a proposals in which client response me for that. You know as everyone ask some few basics question about job, So I also did same but client doesn't want to give answer. I have not hired yet by client but How can we work without knowing about basics requirement question. He gave me unnecessary warning for canceling my bid. I mean what kind of client is this. 

Suppose If he hired me by chance, then What will he do . . . I can't Imagine.

This is really a weird client ever. Really Unprofessional! but Interesting things is he has a good reviews for other projects I don't know how!

I also want to know that  what will be impact of these things on achieving rising talent or JSS?

I would wager to say he dodged a bullet and that has a huge positive impact on his life. 😉
