You should not do what you did, which was to add a reply to that client's feedback... feedback which was not accompanied by written feedback, by the way.

Clients are 100% NOT obligated to respond to freelancers.

Clients are NOT obligated to leave written feedback.

Clients are NOT required to provide a critique about a freelancer's work.

As a freelancer, what you should do is:

a) refrain from harassing clients

b) learn from your experiences and grow from them; this clients feedback was not what you had hoped to see, but instead of blaming the client, you should use this to your advantage. What can you learn from this? How can you improve?
