What a client sees when we report a message?

What's visible on the client's message room/interface?

Rest assured clients will not see any changes or updates on their end. If you report a message from your client our team will review it and take proper actions.

After taking the action, I will know what happened after that or not.

They used to send you a message thanking you for reporting it and that action has been taken, but I haven't received one of those in months, so they mut have stopped doing that.
