Hello everyone, my name is Ester and I’m quite new here on Upwork. I got my first fix priced job and finished it yesterday. My client told me he had paid for my work but my contract is “suspended”. I think I’ll just wait a couple of days but I’d like to ask you what are the normal standard procedures since I’m having a little difficulty in leaving a feedback and receiving one as well. Should I contact my client and ask him for feedback? Thank you indeed.
If the contract is suspended, it's likely there was some problem with the job itself or with the payment method. In my experience payment method glitches are more likely - at least that's always the reason my contracts have been on hold so far. You won't be able to leave or receive feedback (or your money) until the contract is renewed.
