If I look at a past job for a client and see Joe did the job and it shows

11 hrs @ $75.00/hr
Billed: $612.50

Does this mean

a) Joe didn't bill the client at $75 but $55.68 and his profile rate is $75

b) The client didn't pay the full amount for some reason

c) Billing just hasn't caught up even though the job looks closed.

d) None of the above

If it was recently closed, probably C. If it's older, probably B, perhaps due to a refund. It's not A.

I just logged a couple hours against a contract that had gone stale for a few days.  It appears it takes a bit longer for the total to be calculated correctly.  All other reports and numbers are correct.
