What does it mean N/A in reports?

Hi! Does anybody have the same issue?

Client updated the milestone, i can see it in messages that "X activated the milestone" and i see amount , but in report i see N/A. Support bot can not help me and i have no idea what is going on.

Chances are it is a job you accepted through your agency, so you need to look from the agency side, not your freelancer profile.
