What happen when I submitted proposal on behalf of my agency member?

I wondering what happen when I submit proposal on behalf of my agency member? Will client see it as agency or see it as my member? should I use word we or I in my proposal?

When you submit a proposal on behalf of my agency member. Will Client see your Company Profile and also can see that you are an agency member  Like my previous experience, some Member Present Agency profile Or some as an individual ( Means Some member write "we" or some "I" )

So its depend on you and depend on the job that how you want to Present your Proposal to the client.
