What happened to my Top Rated Status?

My job success score got back to 90% from 89% on April 2. Nothing changed on my Top Rated eligible weeks for the last 6 weeks since then.
What happened to my Top Rated eligible weeks?

The 16 week window is a rolling window. So just as your adding weeks, there are also weeks falling out of the 16 week window.

It seems that there was a block of non-eligible weeks that ended on April 2nd. Until the first of the non eligible (instead of eligible) weeks start to fall out of that 16 week window, the number will not change, because you the same type (eligible) of week is falling out as is being added.
