What happened to my payment?

Hi, I've run into an issue recently: my client paid me when I still had to do the identity verification. I already had my PayPal account linked to my profile, but I didn't get the payment notification. Once I completed the verification, I still didn't receive anything, but I could see my client has paid me. What can I do?

Hi Sara,

 

I checked your account and it looks like your funds are currently pending. You can check it here. When your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. Here's the help article for more information.
