What happens if owner of agency have own opened contracts, and switches to Exclusive agency member?

Hello.

1. What happens if owner of agency have own opened contracts, and switches to Exclusive agency member? I mean, i can continue work on onl contracts but new contracts can be opened only as an agency?

2. Should agency owner become Exclusive agency member? I mean, what pros and cons ?

1. What happens if owner of agency have own opened contracts, and switches to Exclusive agency member? I mean, i can continue work on onl contracts but new contracts can be opened only as an agency?

1. Non-exclusive agency owner/freelancer can't change their agency association status to exclusive if they have one or more open proposals or active contracts outside of the agency they own/ are associated with.

 

2. Should agency owner become Exclusive agency member? I mean, what pros and cons ?
