My client released funds to me on the 8th of April. Upwork put the contract on hold 2 days ago. Im not even sure of why that happened. The funds are meant to be available for withdrawal by today but it isn't. Could someone please help me explain why its not available yet?

Hi Edung,
I checked your contract and can confirm that there is an issue with the client's account. Your client will need to resolve the issue with their account before the suspension can be lifted.
