Today I've received a notification on the main page of Upwork concerning Paypal.
'If you are using PayPal for payments, please check the "Get Paid" page for any financial account where PayPal is added. We have a new policy regarding PayPal usage.'
Could anyone describe the main policy changes regarding PayPal, please? I failed to find any specific information about the changes. Thank you.
P.S. I'm a Russian freelancer.

So this new message is still about connecting the Paypal to our UpWork accounts? Or is it about some new paypal usage policy change? Please specify.

Same here, glad I'm not the only one to notice the memo to check Paypal leads to nowhere. I'm a bit surprised Upwork would post a critical payment message that leads to nowhere.
