What if I add new profile details to my old one.

I created my UpWork account a long time ago, but I haven't used it for a while.
During this time, I've learned the skills of fronted web development and worked with great teams. So, now, I am trying to devote my UpWork service again as a web developer. Unfortunately, I wonder, may I add or change the terms to frontend developer?

As you can see, my profile includes different terms with frontend developer.
One of my friend who has some experience in UpWork told me that it would be suspended if I change the service term from translate to frontend developer.

But my general profile shows that I am interested in web development and learing now.

What would be the correct direction for the creating of frontend developer profile?
