When job description says just

"Later"

I'll apply with cover letter saying just

"OK"...

What will then happen?

Hi Tamaz,

Please flag these jobs as "spam". Spam job posts are not allowed and can be considered a violation of Upwork policy. When these are flagged, we'll review them and if appropriate connect with the client so they can provide more detail in the job description or remove these posts for the policy infringement.

As you've seen, some client don't put enough effort into customizing the job post to adequately describe their needs and as a result end up coming across as "spam." We'll continue doing what we can to get more info from clients on these jobs so you can have what you need to submit proposals. Where there isn't that detail, flag the job, and we'll take a look.

 Upwork policy too Smiley Wink

Maybe client was in the process of setting up the job and their Hamster had an accident so they went away from the computer and just put a placeholder, planning to edit it to include all pertinent info after whatever crisis had happened?

Not the most elegant way to go about it but.....

I'm sorry but reporting it seems to go nowhere. Days later the job is still posted. Most don't even bother anymore as it's seen as a useless feature.

Reporting tends to work better than flagging...
