The withdrawal fee is what you pay in order to withdraw your earnings from your Upwork account.

It is best if we don't refer to our Upwork accounts as being in a "bank," because Upwork is not a bank.

The withdrawal fees are charged by payment services we use, and Upwork passes along the cost.

If you withdraw money to a U.S. bank there is no fee. You pay zero. Other payment withdrawal methods such as PayPal and Payoneer incur fees.
