It is best if we don't refer to our Upwork accounts as being in a "bank," because Upwork is not a bank.
The withdrawal fees are charged by payment services we use, and Upwork passes along the cost.
If you withdraw money to a U.S. bank there is no fee. You pay zero. Other payment withdrawal methods such as PayPal and Payoneer incur fees.
