I have a request of Escrow Refund Request but I don't understand what it means.
Could anybody clearly explain me?
I have never received money
When the client hired you, they deposited the funds for the first milestone into escrow. That is so you can be sure the client can't run off with the work, and the client can be sure that you can't run off with the money.
Now it seems the client does not wish to want to work with you any longer, or you don't want to or can't complete the work, so the client wants that money back.
It is not money that has already been paid to you, it's money that is kept safely in escrow.
If you have completed the work perfectly, you can dispute the return of the escrow funds.
If you haven't completed the work, approve the return of the escrow funds.

Correct, but also, if you're expecting to get any money from this contract, you will not because you are agreeing to let the client take the escrow back. So, don't deliver any work for the contract.
