I have received a message from one of my previous translation contracts that a refund was given to a client for the work I've already completed.
However, I didn't refund the payment. What's going on and what should I do to take care of this?

Your client didn't pay and any hours that were not in line with Upwork's protection, were reversed. the rest Upwork paid for our of their own pocket. (if any)
Hours that do NOT qualify for protection are manual time, time without meaningful memos, or low activity levels.
