Could you try clearing your cache and cookies and then adding your DOB. The correct format is YYYY-MM-DD, if you`re still experiencing the same problem after this let me know. Thank you.

I am attempting to verify and am entering my date of birth correctly. yyyymmdd but it tells me is the wrong format

 

I have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox and I am using a Mac Book, I have also tried on iphoneI have cleared cache I have tried all other formats I can see on the forums that this is an issue

 

Can someone please cotact me, I have been going around in circles for the last half an hour and where is the option to actually speak to someone directly. The bot keeps giving me answers for issues in India and itr getting really frustrating

I Have !

 

As I have stated I have used the correct format

 

yyyymmdd

 

I have also tried every other plus different browsers and clearing cache etc

The correct format is YYYY-MM-DD and please use this sign (-) to divide the year, month and day.
