I need information about my account, Due to MY Personal Problem I couldn't use My Upwork Account For The Last 6 months, Now, Is there will be any Problem, If I start again work on my account, Someone has told me that "Due to long Inactivity Account can be freeze, in this case, Any No Client Can See My Applied Proposal!" Is it true?

Your profile is public so I think clients can see it and see your proposals too. If anything, Upwork would've informed you of any account holds.
