I need to contact Customer SUpport Centre for a query on my account but when I go to 'Get Help' I only get the Community option which doesn't help me with my query and I am not able to open a request ticket.
Why does Upwork make it so hard to get hold of?

The tickets have been closed and when I go to reply or request a new ticket it only gives me the community option? I would like to talk to an actual person if possible as I can't figure out what the issue is.
Can you please clear your cache and cookies, try using a different browser and sue the reply button again on the existing ticket, without attempting to generate a new request? Let me know if you're still having issues and provide a screenshot of the error. Thank you.
