What is the customer support email address?



I need to contact Customer SUpport Centre for a query on my account but when I go to 'Get Help' I only get the Community option which doesn't help me with my query and I am not able to open a request ticket.

Why does Upwork make it so hard to get hold of?

I am trying to update my profile and every time I click on the "Resubmit Profile" button it say I need to look at the email that is sent to fix some thing but I get no email and in the Requests page there is no new messages and the one that is there is solved. please help

bought connects. money deducted from my bank account. connects not received. error message stated contact bank. contacted bank they said nothing is wrong with my account since you guys were able to get money from it. HELP!!!

I checked your account, and it looks like you have not added a billing method yet that you can use to purchase Connects. This can vary based on your location, but all Upwork users will be able to purchase Connects with a credit card or prepaid card. If you aren’t able to use a credit card or prepaid card or you don’t have an Upwork balance, in many cases you’ll be able to use PayPal. To see the options available to you, click here

I am facing issues getting my payment cleared to my bank, my payment is withdrawn on 27th November and i didnt recieved my payment to bank till now what is the problem going on why it is so hard for upwork to clear paymennts

I checked the transaction and it seems that it's still in process. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.
