I need to contact Customer SUpport Centre for a query on my account but when I go to 'Get Help' I only get the Community option which doesn't help me with my query and I am not able to open a request ticket.
Why does Upwork make it so hard to get hold of?
I have a balance which is less than $100, how can i get paid? I have added my bank account details in euro, not sure if they have been accepted and how i can get paid that amount. I emailed customer support 5 days ago but no reply. Can smb help me with a valid email address for customer support? thx!

As far as i understand, i need to wait until June 3rd to have my new bank account info activated as payment method and then i can click on the Get Paid button to get paid. Am i understanding correctly?
When you add a new payment method, you need to allow 3 days for that method to become active.
