It really is not that complicated.
Unless you have any unpaid contracts (open for months or closed) one or more contracts that ended between the time you had 100% and when it dipped came with poor private feedback.

It is not a disastrous score, and because you had so few contracts overall, it'll only take a few good outcomes to get you into the 90+ % range again.

Exactly what I told you. Upwork keeps the secrets behind JSS as opaque as possible. Avery is the only person who answered you that works for Upwork and may know a little more than the usual freelancer.
Your profile is good, with lots of decent feedback, so you shouldn't worry about your JSS, it's not going to be such a problem for the future, and it shouldn't stay low long. Many clients don't even know that JSSs exist and won't pay attention.
