What is wrong with freelancers here

I know compitition is fierce on upwork but there should be a limit to **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I just came accross a job which offer $3/hour, ofc it gets more then 50+ proposals within first 30 minutes but the thing that shocked me the most is the desperation of freelancer applying. just check out the screenshot.

I think boosting section will be banned from Upwork if it thinks really for a win-win strategy

ban ? not really. 94 connects means $15 for upwork if you try to buy them. its win win for upwork only.
