What is wrong with my profile photo?

When I log in I get the message:

After review, we have determined that your profile photo does not meet Upwork requirements.  Update your photo .

Who is responsible for these reviews? I really want to know what is wrong.

If your current photo doesn't comply with Upwork's guidelines, consider updating it with a new one that adheres to the platform's requirements.
