What kind of business should I register for?

Hi Freelancers,

I have been thinking of registering my business to attract enterprise clients. I have read about the 5 business entities but I wanted to check with my fellow freelancers for tips. I work alone and was thinking about going for sole-proprietorship. Does anyone working alone have a LLC, S corporation or c corporation and how has it benefited you as compared to being a sole proprietor?
