What should we do with freelancer Upwork account if he left the job in our agency?
Do we transfer his account with new one?
Or we have to close his account?
I wanted to clarify if the contract is under the agency? If that is the case, you can close the contract on the freelancer's behalf. Once done you can request the client to create a new contract under one of your other agency freelancers.
The account belongs to the freelancer, not the agency. The freelancer can leave the agency and do what they like with their account, such as work as an independent freelancer or close their account or do nothing.
Under no circumstances must you assign it to anyone else, that would be a grave violation of Upwork's terms of Service.
