What time I sent my proposal?

Is there any way to figure out at what time I sent my proposal? I know when you get a response it shows that this proposal was sent on this date but not time.

If you go to the message board for a project you have submitted a proposal on, you'll see in the list of messages the day and time you sent your proposal.

If that is the information you are looking for then yes, you should consider it.

Well, that's not the information I am looking for because the time there, is actually showing the response time of the proposal by a client and what I need to know is about the exact time when I placed that proposal.
