What time/timezone does security period end?

Searched all over couldn't find an answer to this.. The "when will I get paid' help page does clearly state that the work week and review periods are in UTC time, is the security period in UTC aswell ? Its the 11th (UTC Time) today at 4PM can I expect something then ?

I'm in the EST zone (New York, Montreal, etc), and my money is released at 8pm. So I figure it must be either midnight GMT or thereabouts....

It's midnight in GMT, so as I write, it would be 1hr 12min from now.
