Hope you are doing just terrific .. I tried withdrawing money to my paypal account .. but the transaction failed and I received an email from Upwork that says:"Your payment has been rejected". I want to know why this request was not completed? I'm trying to think .. maybe because I have two paying methods; Payoneer and PayPal, and both of them are connected to the same email .. my email.Also, I tried removing my Payoneer account from the payment methods .. but I could not. Knowing that my Payoneer account is listed as preferred. So, what to do to remove it -the Payoneer account-?I hope you reply as soon as possible and many thanks in advance.

You will need to contact Payoneer first so that they can disassociate the existing Payoneer account on Upwork. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been done. Please get back to us after receiving the confirmation email from Payoneer so that we can assist you further on our end. Thanks.
