When I'm able to see "Rising Talent" Badge on my Profile?

Basically I have completed 2 jobs successfully with good reviews and 1 on going project but still I'm not able to see "Rising Talent" Bagde on my profile.

PLease tell me one more thing that, can I get the the rising talent badge withount following:

• A 100% complete agency profile (including logo, services provided, and overview), 100% complete agency owner profile, and agency member profiles with an average of at least 60% completeness
• 2 or more team members

That stuff is only for agencies. You are not an agency.

Both your clients marked you down on one of the categories.

Usually only perfect outcomes qualify for RT status, so you probably won't get it.
