When I view my own profile I am "Top Rated Plus", but when in incognito window I am just "Top Rated"

Is this a bug or how the system is designed to work?  I really would appreciate if potential clients could see that I am "Top Rated Plus".  Anyone else having this issue?

Only Enterprise and Business clients (and freelancers) can see the Upwork Plus thing. "Normal" clients and Non-Upwork users can't, they "just" see the Top Rated part.
