When Rising Talent Badge will show on my profile?

Hi,

I'm new to upwork. Joined 3 weeks ago but I'm fulfilling all critieria of getting this badge.

1. Passed the Upwork readiness test

2. 100% complete profile

3.  Availability 30 hours/week at least

4. Submitting proposal daily

5. Joined in last 30 days

now what should I do to get this badge?

Hi Rabia,

Rising Talent status is automatically applied to users whose profiles meet all of the requirements. You are on your way to get a Job Success Score, one of the requirements to earn and maintain Top Rated status. To get the Top Rated badge, you'll need to fulfill all of the requirements mentioned in this help article.

If top rated is also the criteria of getting this batch then why its written in this article that new joinee can also get this badge.
