When am I getting back my Top-rated badge?

Hi everyone,

I used to be a top-rated freelancer until I got terrible private feedback from a client two weeks ago that nosedive my JSS from 100 to 88. I decided to use my perk to exclude the contract from my JSS calculations. Now my JSS is back at 100%. But the top-rated badge is still not displaying even though my top-rated eligible week is 14 out of 16. Account hold is 0. Does anyone know when the badge gonna appear?
