When can I get my funds back to Upwork?

Hi! I've taken funds from my Upwork account last week using the 'Get Paid' option. Unfortunately, my bank account got closed out by the financial institution the same day without notice. I've added my other bank account in Upwork but I'm not sure where the funds are right now. I called the bank and they're saying the funds will bounce back to the sender and I can't withdraw it even over the counter, I've been monitoring Upwork the past few days but it seems like the money is not there and no option to track it.
