I have used all my connects in previous month.I was thinking may be i'd receive new connects tomorrow.
Can i ask, when did new connects added to the account ?

Hello, I'm using free account, currently I'm out of bids. I wasted them in previous month (don't remember exact date). Now it is a new month, but there still no bids available. I would like to know when they will be available again ?
It shows connects history the last 30 days, then go the last page and look at the first proposal you sent this month which your balance by then was 58, look at the date and you'd know exactly what time your connects will be updated the following month.
Connects refresh on different days for different freelancers because it depends on when their Membership started and what their billing cycle is. Your connects should refresh tomorrow as evident from your Connects History. The information you shared about the fifth day of the month is not accurate.
Please, give it time to update until the end of today. If you don't receive your connects by tomorrow, please let us know.
This is my billing cycle "Nov 11, 2017 — Dec 10, 2017", but my connects aren't updated yet.
Could you please give it a look.
