When does the "Clients who would recommend you" gets updated? I just lost points out of nowhere

Silly question, but I found out today that I lost points in my "Client's who would recommend you" rating. The only issue is that the last contract I've closed was a week ago. And these clients loved the work, gave me a big bonus and all was well...

Could this value been impacted by something that happened 2-3 weeks before? (ie I lost JSS in my last JSS closing window)

It gets updated every several completed contracts. So it can easily be due to a contract that ended a while ago, yes.
