When i get the job?

Hello Everyone.

I am a top rated freelancer and struggling to get the job for  about 1 months. 60% of the jobs i had applied,clients had not taken interview of any single person. In this way my all connets were lost.

Why not Upwork remove the jobs in which clients dont take any interview and return connects back to freelancer in 5 days?

Secondly most clients hire the persons that do not have good job success score due to lower rates.

Then what is the advantage of my Top Rated status?

The advantage is that if you ask for the same rate as a freelancer who's not Top Rated, the client is more likely to hire you. But if you're asking for a much higher rate, then the client might decide to hire the less expensive freelancer.

Many Upwork clients post jobs without hiring anyone. If that bothers you, apply when possible to jobs from clients who have a good hire rate, like 50% or more.
