I was compiling time during the down-time, but it doesn't seem to be showing.  As it was near my contract limit, this info is critical.  When does it get updated?  This is rather critical as I am in discussions with the client and we don't know where we are at.

Click the date in your work diaries it should have the correct time.

 

Reports --> Under Date click your time .. This should show correct hours worked

I've done that before because the overall total doesn't match the diary, at least for a while.  However, this one is strange.  The tracker stayed at the same time for what seemed like 30 minutes or more.  I then noticed it was "offline' due to UW maintenance, however, it says it is saving the data.  Overall it feesl like I lost a block of time somewhere but I don't have a means to really account for it.

If Upwork is doing maintenace and it has it stored. Once it uploads everything should be alright

The tracker's info automatically uploads up to 4 hours after being offline. After that, you are screwed.
